I like the location but we can reach only by taxi or car as its on heights one time I try to reach by walk I couldn't breathe But the host n the property is super awesome 👌 💖

The house is well-built and well-equipped. It was always quite warm and clean inside. The view from the balcony in the shared space is magnificent — the whole area around is open; the balcony was my favorite spot. The kitchen: the fridge, the kettle, the microwave, the tableware — all that was good and useful. Quick access to the underground nearby, like ~10 minute walk. Internet / WiFi has worked very well.

Nice and cozy rooms, everything's new. Good beds and bed linen. Very friendly hosts, you can always ask if you need something. Common spaces were cleaned every day. As I stayed the hosts bought a washing machine and a new fridge (instead of a smaller one). Good Wi-Fi, I had zoom calls and there were no problems. Metro is in 7-10 minute's walk. Yes, and a marvelous view.

The place is located although a bit far from the center (which is actually perfect), but is easily reachable by metro. But as you get out you immediately feel the difference in the air quality - you can breathe freely and the views are simply to die for. Moreover, the property was super responsive when communicating through booking, as well as the staff was extremely helpful and gave a heartwarming welcome and farewell. This place truly feels like home, thank you!

Very clean, looking like newly renovated room and bathroom. Location is ca 7 minutes from the underground (metro) and few minutes from a small very good Italian pizzeria La Burrata. Neighborhood is quiet. Close to Tbilisi lake.

This accommodation is amazing! It's a brand-new house. The rooms are very comfortable, with an excellent bed. My room had its own bathroom and a big window. There's a balcony in the common space with a view over the city. Fast Wi-Fi. The family running this accommodation made me feel at home. They produce and sell their own wine and spirits. You must try their wodka with honey. The beaches of the big Tbilisi Sea are a 20 minute walk away. It's a five minute walk to the nearest metro station, which has a direct connection to the city center.
