A fantastic hidden gem, the village is situated at the bottom of a magnificent valley, bordered on one side by the River Brathay, surrounded by breath-taking landscape, and boasting wonderful slate and stone structures. The village features a historic church built in the middle of the nineteenth century as well as a café, a pub, and a local store that has been around for well over a century.
