Welcome to our deceptively spacious detached house in the conservation area of St Albans City centre. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests with kitchen, bathroom and free on street parking for 1 car. Adjacent to Fern Cottage dating from 1850. 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, park and shops, pubs and restaurants ! A 10 minute stroll to St Albans City mainline can whisk you to London St Pancras International in 18 minutes. Happy to recommend where to go based on 20 years living in St Albans !
The house is detached with complete privacy. We live next door so are normally available to help if needed.
We are in the centre of St. Albans, just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Verulamium Park and Cathedral. Stunning Art Deco cinema, excellent pubs and restaurants are just a 2 mins walk away. Excellent train, bus and road links. Take advantage of the lovely countryside if walking is your thing. St. Albans is close to the M25 London circular and the M1 which is the major road north from London. Airports: Heathrow is approximately 30 minutes away and London Luton is even closer.
