This ground floor, garden flat is situated in a stylish & unique Art Deco building in the heart of Southsea, just moments from the hustle & bustle of Albert Road and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.
