Property information

Newly refurbished house with live in landlord is situated in very popular Symonds Green area of Stevenage. Perfect for someone commuting into London, or a professional staying in the area for work. Stevenage train station is a 7 min driving from the property. Street parking available. We offer to our guests 2 rooms situated on the first floor. Room No 1 has Garden view, a king size bed, desk, wardrobe, comfortable chair, hair dryer and a 55" flat screen Tv with Netflix. Room No 2 has view over a quiet close, a comfortable double size bed, coat hangers plus extra shelving for clothes, hair dryer and also 46" flat screen Tv with Netflix. BOTH ROOMS will SHARE the shower room and the kitchen situated on the ground floor. Coffee, tea and cooking essentials(pots, pans, salt, pepper and oil) are provided free of charge. There is also access to the beautiful garden which will accessed by the gate at the side of the property. In the garden is also a designated smoking area. Do to current situation the staff will not enter the rooms mid stay, if you require fresh towels or anything else please don't hesitate to ask our staff.

Symonds Green has a neighbourhood shopping centre, a nursery, infant and primary schools, a community centre, Church, dentists, two public houses, a Health Centre and several children's playgrounds.Symonds Green covers much of the area of the ancient hamlet of Woolenwick, after which the local primary school is named. A number of the modern streets in the locality are named after popular British seaside holiday towns.
