East Yorkshire Holidays was formed in July 2021 and has over 20 properties on its portfolio ...... We amalgamated Tracys Caravan Care which has been formed for over 10 years in with East Yorkshire Holidays. This was following the trust placed in us by a couple of owners to assist with the rentals of their holiday homes. We being owners ourselves welcomed this trust by fellow owners and our reputation has grown hence our evergrowing portfolio.

A beautiful, modern comfortable holiday home located in a quieter area of the holiday park which sleeps upto 6 people. There is an open plan living area with seating TV , dining table, full height fridge-freezer and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in wardrobe, dressing table along with an en-suite toilet. The twin room has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Sperate family shower room with double shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a decked veranda with outdoor seating. Sorry we can not accept pets in this holiday home. Linen Hire, Early Check In and Late Check Out are all available at extra cost Please note entertainment passes are NOT included and guests will need to purchase these direct from the main reception on site.

Skipsea Sands is not only a great place for the evening entertainment, and entertainment for the children during the day / evening but is a great place to use as a base as Scarborough, Whitby, Hornsea, Robin Hoods Bay all provide a great day out and also allows our guests to explore the beautiful East Coast of Yorkshire.
