We have a stunning large family suite sized one bedroom cottage here in Aberporth, West wales (1 Double bed, 2 Singles and a double sofa bed-Sleeps up to 6 and a travel cot if needed) Set in our private idyllic 22 acre smallholding, with private woodland walks straight from the door, with secure paddocks for off lead walks for any four legged guests... Enclosed onsite farm and exotic animals just onsite alone.... Up to four small or medium dogs welcome or 2 large dogs , 22 acre smallholding with four foot stock fencing and set away from any minor or main roads for peace of mind for those wandering four legged friends... Dogs are allowed everywhere and hard wood flooring throughout the cottage, outside tap for those muddy paws and doggie wash if needed, Dog friendly beach here in Aberporth all year round Single storey barn conversion cottage that also has separate wheelchair access if needed and entire cottage is wheel chair friendly with wide doors, lower light switches and a wheel chair friendly wetroom. The cottage is also within walking distance to dog friendly Aberporth beach, dog friendly walks, dog friendly pub and doggie treats cafes, Beachside cafe and store, fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant. We are offering a coastal cottage stay in a picturesque tranquil, rural setting with 22acres of woodland and streams for guests to explore… Coastal paths, half a mile to Aberporth beach, with additional 6 beaches within 5-10 mins drive away. Our cottage is set close to Aberporth beach and many other close by beaches, Cardigan bay, Mwnt, Tresaith and penbryn, Poppit sands, Newquay, and Newport Beach are some of the stunning beaches close by. Ceredigion, West Wales offers many beautiful lagoons, waterfalls , with fishing, horse riding, kayaking, swimming and golf close by and pubs in the village as well as play barn soft play and cafe's close by Pets are welcome at additional fee - Up to 4 dogs welcome to be paid to owners prior to or upon checkin
