The gardens feature exotic sub-tropical plants and the south facing conservatory commands a wonderful countryside view across to the sea at Mounts Bay.

Information correct at time of writing. Take a nostalgic ride on the restored Helston Railway which will stop for you at the bottom of the garden! The property is ideally situated in mid Cornwall at the top of the Lizard Peninsular, ideal for places like St. Michael's Mount, St. Ives, Mousehole, Newlyn, Penzance and The Helford River. Falmouth and Truro are only 20 minutes away. Kynance Cove is nearby and a must. Enjoy a trip to the historic St Michael's Mount. For a great family day out, visit Falmouth's Maritime Museum. Helston is the home to the wonderful, annual tradition of Flora Day.
