Travel Lettings is a small family run business that aims to provide all our guests with a home-away-from home experience. We live in Doncaster ourselves, within a 15 minute drive from all of our properties. We are always available to help should you need it. We were born and bred in Yorkshire and are a family that loves socialising and the outdoors. We are usually walking our dogs Scooby & Ozzie, cycling or paddle boarding. Travel Lettings Ltd is a family run business that is passionate about providing quality accommodation and believes in making your stay with us just like the comfort of your own home, whilst you are travelling for business or leisure. Dean House is perfect for groups of contractors travelling to the area for work, as it sleeps upto 5 people, which will make it cheaper than paying for multiple rooms at a hotel, whilst having much more room to feel at home and relax. We are able to provide a combination of bed setups based on your requirements. (1 king size bed, 2 single beds & 1 sofa bed OR 4 single beds & 1 sofa bed.) 🐕🐾 PLEASE NOTE: 🐶🐾 🦮 Please bear in mind that any dogs will incur a one time extra charge of Twenty pounds for the duration of your stay. This will be arranged with your host, Michelle from Travel Lettings. No cats are allowed. No need to worry about occasional accidents; we understand that breakages can happen. We won't charge for little incidents like broken glassware However, we kindly ask that you inform us of any damage before check-out. This enables us to maintain the property in excellent condition for all future guests. We require a security deposit of one hundred pounds which is fully refundable upon confirmation of no damage to the property after departure. This is processed as a pre-authorisation 48 hours before the guest's arrival and cancelled within 48 hours of departure after property inspection. This will be coordinated with Michelle from Travel Lettings your host. Please note that, due to previous incidents, a fifty pounds deduction will apply if any pet mess is found upon inspection. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our accommodations comfortable for everyone We require digitally signed T & C's which we'll send via an email link.
