This spacious three bedroom ground floor flat is located in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. The property has three large double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There are two king sized beds and one bunk bed with a double bottom bunk and a single top bunk. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Access to a large private garden via the conservatory for guest use along with one allocated parking space. The property benefits from modern décor throughout as well as modern furniture. You have access to free WiFi as well as Virgin TV viewed from the HD smart TV. Within the Conservatory there is a dinning table that seats 6. In the garden there is a BBQ available for your use as well as garden furniture.

Neighbourhood information

While located in the heart of Bournemouth's town centre, this property is located at the far end of a cul-de-sac. With no through traffic, the neighbour hood is quiet peaceful. Situated less than a 5 minute walk to the main town centre, you are always close to the action. Just round the corner is Bournemouth's BH2 complex which houses many famous restaurants such as Frankie & Bennies or Nandos to name a few. There is also an Odeon cinema within this building and a great in door crazy golf. Within the town centre you will find all the shops you would expect in a busy urban town. Take a walk up through Bournemouth's traditional high street and enjoy the surrounding buildings. You are also only a short walk from Bournemouth's award winning golden sandy beaches. Take a stroll along Bournemouth's Pier and enjoy the amusements or a dog walk along the beach if you have brought your furry friends. You are also a 2 minute walk to the Bournemouth International Centre, which hosts a variety of shows, music concerts and events.
