Location is excellent for countryside and coast. Cafe, restaurant, shop, butcher, fishmonger on site.
There are lots of other attractions on site, e.g mini-golf (very entertaining), mini farm, inflatable play, alpaca walks - especially for kids.
Staff were very helpful throughout.

From start to finish this trip was amazing. The sat nav took us the wrong way and they were on the end of the phone to guide us in.
We were met by Ian who showed us in, was so welcoming.
The hut is quirky. But is warm welcoming and set in amazing grounds. With its own amazing farm shp among other things. Quex park is a must.
We had one small (tiny) issue whilst we were there. but Ian was on the end of the telephone to help rectify the issue. And he could do enough to try and put it right. So helpful.
I can't wait to return and stay in the shephard hut again.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. DONT WAIT YOUR MISSING OUT ON A BEAUTIFUL TREAT.

I was visiting family and friends but there is plenty to do if it is purely a holiday. Public transport is good to all areas. Broadstairs is nearby and has many eating places, Minnie Bay in Birchington has seafront restaurant and bar. There is shopping at Westwood Cross, numerous takeaway options with delivery, best fish and chips at Fishbone Grill just as you come into Birchington. There are many beaches around the coast but do check which ones have doggie restrictions from May . RAF museum is worth a visit as is the spitfire museum. Eating places there too.

Such a beautiful place, plenty to do, loads of beautiful beaches, places of interest to see. We went everywhere by bus, we brought a day rider ticket for £4.50 and that allowed us to travel all day. We had a fabulous time.

I know Birchington very well, as my sister lives there and I visit her regularly. Lots of shops and eating places, and an ideal location for visiting Canterbury, Margate, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross which is a lovely shopping centre
20th Century B&B is a labour of love for the owners who have renovated this modernist Art Deco house and created a unique place to stay with stylish themed rooms. The host Kat was very friendly and helpful and provided a very good full breakfast which I had on the balcony of my room. Perfect place to stay if travelling on your own and you don't want to stay in a bland chain hotel. Parking is free on street outside the property.
Good location, easy access to Minnis Bay and Birchington railway station, making travelling along the coast very easy. Well, thought out accommodation and secure parking was a bonus. Particularly liked the little finishing touches like shampoo, tea bags, coffee, etc, that made the stay even better. The host was friendly and explained everything upon arrival. Recommended.
Comfortable and clean mobile home, no cigarette or animal smells.
Set your expectations right and will not be disappointed (i.e. it is a mobile home, not a 5* spa hotel)
neighbourhood was quiet after 10PM - fairly rare at such caravan parks.
small swimming pool at holday park (had to book and pay for 1h slots ..)
plenty of nice places to visit within 30min car drive.
The vegetarian breakfast was amazing both Neil and Marilyn are so welcoming and lovely.
The location was perfect. 6 mins walk to Birchington on sea train station and close to sainsbury and coop.
I did a 1 and half hour hike to Margate along the river. It was amazing. I would recommend it.
I really liked the room and the facilities. The staff were very friendly and I loved Birchington on sea.
There was no netflix but to be honest I preferred that - stopped my son from being glued to the TV.
Breakfast was great.
A spotlessly clean room with plenty of tea-making supplies. The bed was super comfy with beautiful linen. Close to the seafront at Minnis Bay and just 15 min walk to Birchington with its shops & cafes.
Great location: car parking very close to the hotel and at a reasonable price, railway station 5 minutes walk.
Comfortable, quiet room with good bathroom.
Food good and well priced.
