Within easy reach of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling using any of the two main train stations. . Ground Floor: 5 steps to entrance. All on the ground floor. Living room: With Smart TV. Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedroom: With double bed. Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . On road parking. No smoking.. Located in the heart of Falkirk, The Wee Nest is close to the town centre with its fantastic range of bars and restaurants. Falkirk is found in the heart of Scotland with great motorway and rail links, connecting the major towns and cities including Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow. The Wee Nest is a short 10-minute walk to Falkirk Grahamston station which services the East Coast line connecting Falkirk with Edinburgh to the East, and Stirling, Perth, Dundee and Aberdeen to the north. Also, just a 10-minute walk from Falkirk High Station which services the main line between Edinburgh and Glasgow, 25 minutes to either city direct. This is a lovely, cosy, one bedroom ground floor maisonette with plenty of character, from the working open fire to the original cornice around the living room’s high ceiling. A real mix of traditional and modern styles. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a shower room.
