We are John and Jane company directors of Spires Accommodation. We specialise in serviced accommodation across the midlands with properties in Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Codsall, Swadlincote, Cannock, Banbury, Lichfield and Stoke-on-Trent. Our aim is to offer guests comfort and amenities within slightly quirky surroundings and to always offer the best. We have taken our time over the design of each individual property and love the effect that we have created. Within these surroundings we bring industrial yet modern interiors and incorporate up cycling and hand finished furniture. Our colour schemes are right up to the minute and we aim to keep abreast of the latest designs. Together with our close knit team we aim to provide the very best in both customer service and a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Property information

A cosy, ground floor apartment within minutes of the beautiful Cannock Chase. Ideal for cyclists and walkers, our apartment has a full equipped and newly installed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and Tassimo coffee maker. It contains all of the utensils and pots you will require, along with crockery and cutlery. The breakfast bar comfortably seats 2 people and the living area contains a comfortable sofa and rocking chair, along with a smart tv and cosy rugs and throws. The Shambles is a self check in apartment but, is only 15 minutes away from us, so that we can be on hand for any emergency. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then ensure you receive your check in details before arrival. Please make sure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in. Strictly no charging of EVs is allowed and if discovered will implement immediate vacation of the property No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter the property unless permission has been granted Guests are requested to respect the hike in all fuel costs and the costs of running the property and not to have the heating on whilst the windows are open, leave the heating on when they are out, or leave the lights on. The property is for the use of the registered guests only and no visitors or additional guests are allowed in the property without prior approval Strictly no smoking Strictly no parties or events.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is situated on an attractive estate of many different types and sizes of houses and very convenient for Cannock Chase, Beaudesert, Cannock Town, Rugeley Town, Stafford and Hednesford with the local mining history and beautiful forests. There are many good driving routes for the Chase as well as walks and cycling routes. There is also a good road network to reach the surrounding towns with A34, A51, A5 and the M6Toll
