Property information

The Lodge is a small thatched cottage in a beautiful rural location in Freshwater. Walks out the door. Open plan style, with light-filled master bedroom on the first floor. Views over the downs and estuary plus an ensuite bathroom. Small open-plan thatched cottage best suited to a couple. Downstairs are two double sofa beds that can be made up to accommodate children or guests, so technically can sleep up to four more people. The kitchen has two burners and a microwave-oven combo, but not a full size oven. The master bedroom and only bathroom are accessed up a steep and narrow staircase. The bathroom is narrow and if you are shorter requires a footstool at the sink. The cottage is therefore not suitable for those with mobility issues. If traveling with very young children you may want to bring a stair gate. Dogs are very welcome! There is no wifi available, however, there is strong mobile signal (which is actually faster than the only internet offering from BT in the area!).
