Property information

A fabulous award-winning bijou barn conversion in a quiet location within the pretty village of Ringstead. Just two miles from the beach and an easy ten minute walk to a popular gastro pub, The Little Barn is a lovely romantic hideaway for two but just as perfect for a family or friends' holiday too.

Neighbourhood information

Ringstead is an unspoilt village just a few miles in from the North Norfolk Coast. Whether you want an active, adventure packed holiday, or just a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect place to be. The village boasts the renowned Gin Trap Inn, a traditional 17th Century Coaching Inn with good food, a great selection of beers, wines and welcoming staff. It also stocks more than 100 gins for you to try! In the winter it is cosy with roaring log fires and in the summer there is lovely decked garden to the rear to enjoy the sun's rays. The village general store is certainly unique. Not only does it stock everything from newspapers and local produce to logs and cleaning products, it has a labyrinth of rooms for you to explore, where you will find an eclectic collection of old and new items for sale. There is also an excellent garden centre in the village too. The Peddars Way passes through the village on its way to join the Coastal Path, so there is good walking to be had here and on the Ringstead Downs. The village is on the National Cycle Network and is part of the Norfolk Coast Cycleway. The nearest sandy beach is at Old Hunstanton, just two miles away, where you will also find pubs, Michelin starred restaurants and Links Golf Course.
