The 'Jungle Gem’ sits in the tranquil garden of Chy Cos. Chy Cos (which means ‘house in the woods’ in Cornish) is a beautifully modern semi-detached stone built house. There is a good-sized organic garden at the back of the house, containing two little outhouses (called the Hobbit Hut & the Hideaway) which are also rented separately to guests. The garden wet room facility is shared with guests from the other listings situated in the garden. We have created a fun and affordable alternative accommodation for the more adventurous outdoor folk, yet with the necessary creature comforts! The property is set in a prime location in the rural, Cornish countryside, surrounded by horses grazing on green pastures, woodlands, and the seaside. The peaceful country setting, just tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle of St Ives, makes spending time here a real pleasure. You will never be short of things to do here, from woodland, moorland, or coastal walks, to paddle boarding or surfing at the beach, or enjoying a delicious meal at one of St Ives finest restaurants.
