    “The hosts were really welcoming and the B&B was very dog friendly. Breakfast was great and the grounds were lovely. The dogs enjoyed the garden. There was a nice pub just down the road which was also dog friendly if you ate in the bar area.”

Set in a walled garden in the Eden Valley village of Temple Sowerby, The House offers an opportunity to relax and indulge. All our rooms are dog friendly and all four legged friends receive a special gift from The House. Our walled garden is perfect for a little run around after a long journey. The village of Temple Sowerby is situated between the market towns of Penrith and Appleby in Westmorland with the mighty Cross Fell Mountain as a spectacular backdrop.
