Please note: There are additional external open tread stairs to the first floor.. Overlooking a lily and duck pond, these charming, detached conversions of a stable and granary have a cosy cottage appeal. Set near the owners&rsquo; lovely old farmhouse, they share 4 acres of secluded gardens and an all weather tennis court. Saxtead Green&rsquo;s famous 18th century post mill (EH) is 1 mile, Framlingham &ndash; an attractive market town with a castle and mere &ndash; is 2 miles, Southwold with its glorious beach, Aldeburgh and the lovely town of Woodbridge with its pretty harbour are all an easy drive. Fishing, riding and golf are all under 10 miles. Shop and pubs 1 mile. The Stables (ref E3491) and The Granary (ref E3669) can be booked together to accommodate up to 11 guests. .
