Sleeps 4 The Garden flat is the basement of a traditional Georgian town-house in the heart of historic St. Andrews. With all the local amenities on your doorstep it is perfect for families or groups of golfers. The property comprises of one double and one twin or double bedroom. The kitchen offers all modern conveniences with dining for four. The large living room brings about a very conformable feel to the house, with two sofas and 32" television with 'freeview’, there is also a dining room table with seating for six. There is a rear private courtyard garden with decking and seating for six. PETS WELCOME.
