Luxury, cosy 2 Double Bedroom apartment located on a very quiet purpose built develoment with communal gardens. Wifi, allocated parking, TV, Suits families, couples, businesses men/women. Not suitable for late night parties!

Quiet and friendly neighbourhood Great local restaurants & pubs. 2 minutes from the A3, 15 minutes to the centre of Portsmouth & 20 minutes to Hayling Island. Note - Due to the current climate, I have had a few guests of late booking the appartment in 1 or 2 names and then throwing parties. I sympathise that youngsters have limited options at the moment however my appartment is not suitable for parties due to it being such a quiet neighbourhood and I have therefore had no choice but to ask additional guests to leave. The majority of my guests are families, couples, small groups and business professionals, however if it is your intention to have a party, to avoid disappointment, please look for alternative accommodation as I will not allow them.
