The cottage is a charming Grade 2 listed building, beautifully renovated with love and care by myself and my husband . **** due to feedback I must highlight the fact I do not have a hairdryer! This is stated in my amenities but people are missing the fact and becoming disappointed. It has also been pointed out that the beautiful cast iron roll top bath is quite deep and therefore has high sides - and while nobody has themselves had an issue , it could be an issue for some. The property has 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 king & 1 double. A new well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Basic items for cooking and dining as well as coffee, tea and sugar. A dining room that easily seats four people with French doors leading to the garden and a cosy sitting room with smart TV. A utility cupboard houses a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board and the ground floor bathroom has a wonderful roll top bath big enough for 2! Situated in the heart of Lavenham yet down a quiet street just off of the market square, it is a short stroll to everything on offer, pubs, tea rooms, shops and galleries to name but a few! The cottage has the benefit of a private driveway providing off road parking and a private garden with outdoor seating area - the perfect spot to unwind. Please be aware that due to the age of the cottage the stairs up to the bedrooms are narrow and steep and the bathroom is on the ground floor.

Charming Lavenham is a wonderful village surrounded by beautiful countryside, one of Englands best preserved medieval villages . Streets lined with crooked timber framed houses, independent shops, tea rooms and pubs.
