The Coach House is an exquisite,new, stone built property, sitting in the grounds of Ewood Hall, on the edge of Centre Vale Park. Although, a one bedroom property, it can sleep upto 3 adults in comfort with the beds being configured either as 3 singles or as 1 Superking Double + 1 single. The Coach House is a new build property finished to the highest standards. It provides all modern services amenities but is built using traditional materials and techniques such as lime pointed Ashlar stone, Wooden sash windows and Lead clad dormers It is laid out on one floor, with the kitchen and lounge being open plan. Upon entry you set foot into the kitchen which contains all modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and induction hob. A washing machine and freezer is also available in an outbuilding, if you have booked for more than 1 week, by prior arrangement. All utensils, crockery and glassware required for home dining are available Bathroom includes shower (no bath), sink, heated towel rail, along with towels for your stay. The lounge has a sofa and armchair, with additional seating available, a flat screen TV with digital channels and catch up channels. Bedroom has a super king-size double bed which can also be configured as a twin. The third guest sleeps on a trundle bed within the bedroom. Upon booking we will ask how you would like the beds to be configured. Heating by modern, zero emission infrared heating panels controlled by a room thermostat. High speed 4G WiFi available throughout. Patio area provides outdoor seating with views across Centre Vale Park, towards Stoodley Pike Allocated parking is within the grounds of Ewood Hall. Secure bike storage is available but please make us aware of this requirement at the time of booking. Note: Cars are parked, and bikes are stored at the owners risk.
