This dog friendly property is set in the grounds of Park Cottage, a Georgian house in a quiet and pretty village. Newly renovated, the two bedroomed property is situated on the first floor of the Coach House. The flat has the benefit of a two acre garden with a private gravelled eating area, outside tables, chairs and gas BBQ. Opposite the main house is a field with two friendly goats. Close by is Frampton bird reserve for long peaceful walks. Conveniently placed to Spalding and Boston towns.
Darryll and Stephen live in the main property at Park Cottage. The Coach House is in the grounds of our family home, and is set amongst beautiful parkland and picturesque village. Situated next to Frampton Hall, the property is located in a most attractive rural position, close to Frampton Marsh and neighbouring woodland. Peterborough railway station is a 45 minute drive away with links to fast trains to London Kings Cross. The stunning North Norfolk coast is a one hour drive away. I am available for guests to text, phone or email if they have any questions regarding the Coach House
Local Beaches :-North Norfolk Beaches are one hours drive from the Coach House. Sandilands, is a beautiful Sandy beach with an array of traditional beach huts along the promenade. Just south of Sandilands is the pretty and tranquil beach of Anderby Creek for a real getting away from it all experience. The historic market town of Boston, with its imposing church St Botolph’s is the largest Parish Church in the UK and is known as Boston Stump. If historic houses and properties is your pleasure then the following houses and homes are all within a one hour drive, Belvoir Castle (Grantham), Burghley House (Stamford) , Belton House (Grantham) and Lincoln Castle and Cathedral (Lincoln). There is much to see and do in the area for a wide ranging taste, and then back to relax in the sumptuous surroundings of the Coach House, and all it has to offer in terms of comfort.
