There are books on design, gardening, art, photography and architecture throughout. A wood burning stove warms up the drawing room in winter. Full English as well as gourmet omelets are among the options for breakfast. St Leonards Warrior Square train station is 8 minutes walk, the beach is a further 10 minutes.
