The seaside resort of Seaview was built by the Edwardians due to the stunning panoramic sea views and great sandy beaches, and these assets are still very much true today. The Boathouse sits in the middle of Seagrove Bay which is a much sought-after holiday destination to be desired as you can quite simply gently melt into the sands for a long day of sun basking. The property itself faces a shallow bay with a host of water sports and inviting turquoise blue water to explore. A short walk along the beach and you find yourself on Priory Bay. ‘Treasure Island ‘ always comes to mind as you turn the corner from Seagrove Bay into Priory Bay, a view you simply cannot get board of, and just as wonderful in the winter months, especially on those crisp winters morning - simply breath taking. Look for the many oysters and scallops that regularly get washed up from these sparkling waters. Explore along the beachline, and let the children’s imagination go wild, play cricket or boule at low tide, or just relax and enjoy a delicious picnic. The Boathouse looks straight across the Solent to Portsmouth and the Spinnaker Tower, and the famous Solent forts. It is only a short walk into Seaview.
