Newly refurbished detached two bedroom bungalow, set in a quiet rural location just outside of Newquay, Cornwall. Sunset bungalow has two bedrooms; 1 x double bedroom and a second bedroom which contains 2 x single beds, which can be converted into 1 x King-Size bed if required. The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and basin. There is a separate living room with two double leather sofas, an extendable table to seat 4 x people and 50" HD TV with YouView. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar area as well as a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave facilities. At the rear of the property is an enclosed courtyard garden with an outdoor table, sun loungers, patio and BBQ. The front garden has bench seating with a view over the countryside, with Newquay beyond. A beautiful spot to watch the sunset.

Ideally located for touring all of Cornwall, but in particular the stunning north Cornish coast, this newly refurbished bungalow is set in the quiet rural hamlet of Mountjoy. It is only 4 miles from the vibrant resort of Newquay, with its impressive selection of beaches and all the attractions that you would expect from one of the UK's most popular seaside towns. Set just off the main road into Newquay, 'Sunset' is approached along a quiet country lane in Mountjoy. With private parking for two vehicles directly in front of the property, you will be welcomed with a real Cornish cream tea, perfect after a long journey. Mountjoy has two bus stops, connecting you to and from Newquay from the main road, these are within a 5 minute walk of the property. Bus routes via Mountjoy enable you to travel to the rest of Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 10 minute drive from Mountjoy, with daily links to London Heathrow and beyond. Newquay also has a railway station, which connects to the main line to London. Mountjoy has beautiful countryside walks, the public footpath which leads you through to the historic 13th-century St Colan Church is located within a minute of the property.
