Located in the scenic village of Thornton-le-Dale, Sunny Dale Cottage is a beautiful holiday home with plenty of charm. Sleeping up to four guests, it’s the perfect peaceful retreat for couples, families and small groups of friends. Found on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, you’ll be ideally placed to explore picturesque towns, villages and moorland. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Sunny Dale Cottage is located in the picturesque village of Thornton-le-Dale just 3 miles east of Pickering. Nestled on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, you can expect the most beautiful views. The perfect place for a relaxing retreat, you can enjoy peaceful walks and explore the several cafes and pubs in the village. Nearby Pickering is a thriving market town with plenty of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars so you won’t tire of things to do. Explore Pickering Castle which is packed with a rich history dating back to the 12th century.
