Stylish first floor studio apartment, refurbished to a high standard including fitted kitchen and luxury bathroom. The main room is light and airy with a double bed and high ceilings retaining many period features. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg oven and hob, microwave and integrated fridge with icebox. Non-smoking accommodation.
We love coming to Hove for the great choice in cafes, bars and restaurants and the bonus is having the sea only two streets away!
The apartment is located in a peaceful tree-lined avenue of Victorian properties just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Sussex County Cricket Ground is a 2 minute walk away with the new Sussex Cricketer bar and restaurant. The apartment is in the heart of Hove close to many restaurants, cafes and bars with buses to central Brighton running all night from the end of the road.
