Our Regal Seascape holiday home is situated in the picturesque village of St. Helens, the jewel in the crown of the Isle of Wight. Here you can experience a relaxing and peaceful retreat on a quiet corner plot, where you can take in the afternoon and evening sun from the decking. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), with the main bedroom having an ensuite toilet. There is also a separate shower room with toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge features seating, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. There is free internet access. Patio doors lead onto the decking where there is furniture and a large umbrella. We provide bed linen and towels along with a complimentary welcome pack. You will need to bring your own beach towels for swimming. There is private parking alongside, but please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted - there are charging points around the island, with the closest being Tesco Ryde just 10 minutes away. BBQs are not allowed on the decking. We do allow pets on request, but they must not be left alone in the property at any time and park rules say they should be kept on a lead. Full payment will be required for any damage caused. There is a launderette on site with ironing facilities. We have a key safe where you will be able to access your key, details will be available a week before your holiday. There will be a charge for lost keys. Hi, we are John and Jo and we are pleased to welcome you to our home from home. Over the years we fell in love with the island, so decided to have a holiday home here. We love exploring the countryside and walking along the coast, taking in the varied nature and wildlife the island has to offer along the way. Wandering around historic buildings and landmarks is a must. There are also some great pubs and restaurants that we have discovered, which we are sure you will enjoy too.

The resort offers a seasonal, heated outdoor pool, with a children's shallow area and free use of sun loungers. Opening times may vary depending on the weather. A life guard is on duty during opening hours. There is also a play area for young children. A short walk away, you will find the local corner shop and The Vine pub, which offers good food throughout the day and evening and is dog friendly. Nearby, you can find The Duver and Bembridge Harbour with sandy beaches, cafes and wildlife reserve - look out for red squirrels! Sandown and Ryde are only a 15 minute drive away and the rest of the island is easily accessed by car, train or bus.
