Property information

1st floor studio apartment, in Victorian house. The flat has a living area with 2seater reclining sofa, smart TV and a dining table over looking the front garden. Lovely comfy double bed. The kitchen is off the living area with fridge, cooker, microwave. En-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. The flat is 10 minute walk to the sea front, beach and all seaside holiday amenities, communal garden at rear . , 10 minute walk to the town centre. 5 minute walk to local shops.

This apartment is so accessible to all local amenities 5 minute walk to a selection of shops, mini supermarkets, take away and late shop. Close to new leisure centre, few minute walk to town centre, railway station and sea front. Entertainment centre " Scarborough Spa " is a walking distance away.
