Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

This beautiful cottage is situated in Old Town, Eastbourne. The property has been carefully and wonderfully refurbished throughout and offers a real home away from home. The property has a lovely flowing downstairs layout with the property leading from the living room through the dining area and into the brand new kitchen. The living area and master bedroom have Smart TV's where you can access online entertainment and log into apps such as Netflix and BBC iPlayer. The dining table has plenty of room comfortably seating 6 and a wall mounted fire place to keep you warm. Head upstairs where you will find a spacious family bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. All towels and linen are provided and the property includes free WiFi. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, Smart TV and a dressing table, the second bedroom has two full sized single beds.
