If you’re looking for a peaceful rural break, you’ve found it at Honicombe Holiday Village near Callington in Cornwall. Set in 20 acres of rolling countryside, the holiday park is home to over 100 lodges, villas and bungalows, some with their own private hot tub, nestled in amongst the natural surroundings of the ancient woodland. Our dog friendly park welcomes pets in many of the properties with walks almost from the doorstep.

Set in the rural Tamar Valley this terraced holiday home has a really cosy but spacious feel. The open plan living area is great for families, with a door that leads out onto the balcony ready for you to enjoy a glass of something chilled or a nice warm cuppa in the quiet morning. A well equipped kitchen to create something tasty or if cooking is not your idea of a holiday then pop along to the on-site pub where you will not only find a great variety of meals on the menu but also a chef’s specials board and a rather extensive Gin list! There are two ground floor bedrooms together with a bathroom and separate WC. Bedrooms comprise of 1 double and 1 twin. Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Just a short stroll away are two swimming pools; Whether you’ve spent the day exploring far and wide away from Honicombe or whiled away the hours getting lost in our 20 acres, what better way to finish the day than with a nice relaxing dip in the pool? Luckily for you we have two heated swimming pools to choose from so you can splash around indoors or outside! After a busy day you can return and relax and unwind in comfort, pop a film on the TV or perhaps gather round the table for a game of cards. A small convenience shop and off licence sells daily essentials such as, fresh milk, a basic selection of confectionery, tinned foods, wine and beers to enjoy in your lodge, along with toiletries, cleaning materials and gifts. Also available are takeaway hot and cold drinks to enjoy whilst soaking up the Cornish sun in the grounds or by the outdoor pool.

Our on-site pub is open 7 days a week from 11am. Food is served most evenings with additional times during high season. Sunday carvery is offered every Sunday 12-2.30pm. Booking is advisable - essential during peak seasons. Take-away is also available LOCAL WALKS Both Cornwall & Devon are famous for wonderful walks, and some are right here on your doorstep. If those sea legs are feeling a little unsteady book a lesson or a guided SUP tour at South West SUP and enjoy the wonderful Plymouth coastline from the sea. Fuel Your Imagination at Tintagel The home of Arthurian legend, immerse yourself in history, breathtaking scenery and a just a little magic at Tintagel Castle. From the mainland courtyard on the rugged North Cornish Coast, cross the dramatic footbridge to the ruins of the 13th century castle on the island. Let the guides talk you through the extraordinary history of this incredible spot. Take a Ride on the Tamar Valley Line Taking the train is one of the best ways to take in the dramatic sights and scenery of the Tamar Valley Nature Reserve. Hop aboard in Gunnislake and enjoy a leisurely ride through the most spectacular landscape. Don’t forget to hold your breath as the train crosses the 120m high Calstock Viaduct which links Devon and Cornwall.
