A spacious apartment in a grade II listed building (one of the oldest buildings in Emsworth), 150m from the waters edge, with a large kingsize bedroom, full master bathroom, kitchen and living area with sofa bed. The property is right in the heart of historic Emsworth conservation area with harbour views and close proximity to local restaurants and amenities. A great base for exploring the local harbour, restaurants and pubs, and surrounding countryside.
I am a British young professional, who like to find adventures in my spare time. As an Air BnB guest; The most important thing for me is managed expectations. So long as I get what was advertised and the place is clean, the rest is up to me. I live on the 1st floor of the property, so should be around to let you in, otherwise there is a key safe and/or we can easily make other arrangements.
