Property information

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of room at this spacious place and an outdoor space! This ground floor 2-bedroom flat with a private patio has a great location - close to Battersea Park and Thames River. Just around the corner from Battersea Park and Wandsworth Road tube stations and Queenstown Road rail station. Just a half hour to most of London's tourist attractions or take advantage of the gorgeous river walking and cycling routes! When you are done sightseeing, you can relax in our living room (the skylights ensure there's plenty of natural light) or on the outdoor patio. The flat also has a bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub and 2 well-sized bedrooms with a king and double beds. No smoking inside the property - 200 pounds fine. Keep the noise down after 10pm and no parties at the property - 200 pounds fine Do not rearrange the furniture, please.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is within a 10 min walking distance of 2 tube and 1 rail station, as well as a short walk to Battersea Park and the Thames river walks. A short bus ride or tube journey will get you into central London in half an hour. Or maybe head south towards beautiful Wimbledon or trendy colourful Brixton!
