Smiley Filey is a wonderful 3 Bedroomed house, ideally located for Filey beach, the cliff tops, or the town centre. All a 5 to 10 minute stroll. Every room is a little bit different with plenty to explore and newly renovated. A garage means plenty of space for road bikes, golf clubs or buggies - always very useful. If you are a family, a walking group, road bikers or a couple wanting a break, we are sure you, like so many, will love Smiley Filey and return often for years ahead. We are a family with two young children and often have friends come to Smiley Filey with us. It is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children in the bunk beds. there is a n extra trundle bed for a child. We would say the sofa bed is a "bonus" if required. The dining room table is perfect for 6 people.

Location is everything they say. We chose Smiley Filey, because you can get to everything you want to within 5-10 minutes stroll. Beach - 8 minutes. Cliff Tops - 8 minutes. Town Centre restaurants - 5 minutes. Train Station for other days out - 5 minutes. Tesco's for " The Big Shop" - 5 minutes! It is a residential area that we have found to be very very quiet on an evening for a super nights sleep. Cleveland Way Walkers - We are 5 minutes from the start / finish of this epic challenge. Perfect for you to have a few days to relax. Beach - voted the 6th best family beach in the WORLD! Train Station - 5 minutes walk for day trips to Scarborough and Bridlington Golf - many great links courses within a close drive. Road bikers - We have a garage for your pride an joy! Families - we have everything you can think of (including the bucket and spade!) Couples & friends - a perfect getaway to explore!
