Step into the bright and modern semi-detached house, elegantly furnished throughout, and relish the stunning rear garden views over farmland. Downstairs invites you into a generous open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. Sink into the large comfy corner sofa in the lounge, equipped with a TV with Sky for your entertainment. The modern kitchen boasts integrated appliances, including a dishwasher and a large standalone fridge-freezer. The back door opens to the large garden that features a grassy area and patio with an outdoor table for 4. An outhouse provides a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. Also on the ground floor, a sleek main bathroom with a good-sized shower, basin, vanity unit, and toilet. Upstairs reveals three well-appointed bedrooms – a king-size bed in the master, a children's single bed with a rollout mattress in the smallest room (perfect for an extra infant/child), and two 3ft singles in the middle bedroom, all with ample storage. Park with ease in the large driveway, and rest easy knowing towels, linen, and toiletries are all provided. Please note that toiletries may differ from those shown in photos. If you are bringing your furry friend, please specify the dog and size before booking. We accommodate well behaved, preferably small dogs. (Charges apply)

There are plenty of visitor attractions in Sandwich including Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Traditional Pubs, Nature Reserves, The Royal St Georges Golf Club, Guildhall Museum, River Tours, Roman Forts, plus much more.  The beach at Sandwich Bay is just over 3 miles away.  Also, within a 10-30 minute drive are the seaside towns of Deal, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Dover and the City of Canterbury.   All making Sandwich an ideal base to discover Kent, the Garden of England.  With its ancient buildings, nature reserves, golf courses, delightful country pubs, cafés and restaurants, the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich is a must to visit for the discerning tourist. Sandwich is also surrounded by small picturesque villages, such as Eastry, Ash, Worth and Woodnesborough & within easy reach are the nearby towns of Canterbury and the Port of Dover.
