Silvergrove is a self-catering holiday home with its own entrance, situated in the village of Newick in the East Sussex countryside. Newly built beautiful contemporary ground floor comfortable accommodation with own entrance, ideal for 2 people. Three public houses with restaurants and an excellent Tandoori restaurant all within 10/15 min walk. Lots of rural country walks in surrounding area. Our lovely new self catering holiday home comprises of a vaulted lounge, a spacious vaulted double bedroom (king sized bed) with en-suite shower room, kitchen and dining area, free wifi. TVs in both lounge and bedroom, DVD and IPod system. 2 USB connections. Vaulted skylight ceiling blinds electrically powered. Fully equipped new kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric, washing machine. All items including kitchen appliances are brand new. A complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar, and many extras provided. Bathroom with walk-in power shower, wc and basin. Towels and linen supplied. Pretty Patio area has table, chairs, parasol, etc. The property offers off road parking
Our lovely new ground floor apartment is next door to our main house, designed and built by ourselves. We're on site to make you feel welcome and secure and to answer any queries you may have about the property or the surrounding area and facilities to assist your stay.
Nearby Area amenities: Sheffield Park Bluebell Railway Wakehurst Place Glyndebourne Opera House Brighton Lewes - Castle, Museums and many historic places to visit. Bentley Wild Fowl and Car Museum Newick - Bonfire Display and Medieval handheld torch parade. Bus stop very close to Silvergrove. Great 55 min connection to London from Haywards Heath station 15 mins away. Lewes area We are just 17 minutes north of Lewes, one of two towns wholly in the South Downs National Park. The town is very popular with its own castle and also there is Anne of Cleve's House. It also features the famous Cliffe High Street. The South Downs Way passes next to the town and a short distance further south is the Seven Sisters Country Park. Just a 5 minute drive is Sheffield Park Gardens and the Bluebell Railway. For lovers of opera, Glyndebourne is approx 15/10 minutes away.
