The cottage is located on Strand Road, it is a newly renovated property and provides a getaway for couples and families alike. The cottage is fully contained featuring two bedrooms (1 x ensuite), a main bathroom and has an open plan living area, dining room and kitchen with a utility room. The property also features a secure garden/patio area with views overlooking the ocean and an automatic gate for secure onsite parking. We are three minutes walk to Portstewart Promenade with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, coffee shops & bars, and two minutes walk from the famous Cliff walk which leads to Portstewart Strand and stretches for 2.5 kilometres. We are also a 5 minute walk from Portstewart Golf Club.
We are a couple who enjoy life by the coast and all it has to offer- peace and quiet, yet lively if you so desire.
This is a quiet neighbourhood, with neighbour hood watch in force.
