This 2 bedroom chalet is in Sandown, Isle of Wight and is a short walk from the beach. This chalet sleeps 4 people in a double bedroom with wardrobe and a second bedroom with children's bunk beds and wardrobe. Bedding is provided and beds will be made ready for your arrival. You will need to bring your own bath and beach towels. The open-plan living/dining room has sofas, TV and a folding dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and includes all the cookware and tableware you will need. The bathroom has a walk-in shower cublicle and a toilet. Free parking is available on-site. Dogs are welcome in this property, maximum 2 dogs per booking. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog. We provide a few essentials such as tea, coffee, biscuits and a pint of milk in the fridge, plus a toilet roll and a hand towel in each bathroom, so that you can freshen up and relax on arrival. Please note that this is self-catering, so we do not provide soaps, shampoos and unlimited toilet rolls as you might find in hotels. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with limited mobility. We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with either Wightlink or Red Funnel. If you would like us to book discounted ferry tickets for you, please ask once you have completed your booking. Please note that there are no shops, pools or site facilities at Sandown Bay Holiday Centre. Max occupancy 2 adults and 2 children. Adults should not sleep in children's bunk beds. This property is for holiday use only. No business bookings. No tradespeople.

Neighborhood info

Sandown Bay Holiday Centre is on the clifftops at Yaverland, overlooking Sandown Bay. The dog-friendly sandy beach is only a few minute's walk from our chalet and stretches for over 6 miles from Culver Down, through Yaverland and Sandown, to Shanklin and Luccombe to the south. The coastal path along the cliff-tops takes you to the top of Culver Down, with magnificent views, and the dog-friendly Culver Haven Inn. The Isle of Wight Zoo and Dinosaur Isle dinosaur museum are a short walk from our chalet. Sandown town centre and pier are a short drive from our chalet, or a 20 minute walk from our chalet. The easiest way to see the island is by car. Free parking is available on-site. If you don't have a car, the No.8 bus stops right outside Sandown Bay Holiday Centre and takes you to Bembridge, St Helens and Ryde, or the other way to Sandown, Shanklin and Newport. The Island Breezer bus can take you to Ventnor, the Needles and Alum Bay and to Yarmouth.
