Ideally situated directly opposite the sand dunes, just moments from the vast beach of Camber Sands. This spacious, well appointed property is well equipped for families of all age groups! Sandy Bottom boasts a games room with a Pool table, Jukebox, Wii Games console and there are plenty of board games, jigsaws and books for both adults and children to enjoy. The house has four bedrooms and sleeps ten comfortably. There is a relaxing outdoor space with plenty of seating to the rear of the property, perfect for chilling after a day at the beach, exploring the local area, or enjoying the various watersports available including kite surfing, sailing, land yachting, and seal-spotting boat trips! The property has good access with no steps to the front door and parking spaces for three cars. No pets allowed, sorry. Neighbourhood information

Camber Sands is a small beach village boasting 7 miles of sand and sea. Its a perfect UK destination not only for summer, but also a windy winter beach break is just as enjoyable. Rye is only a short 5 minute drive away and has a wealth of shops, restaurants, tearooms, not forgetting the huge amount of history that is also hidden amongst the town. With cobbled streets and old beamed houses surrounding the church it offers a lovely day out for adventure and good food. Hastings is only 30 minutes drive and has a very lively fishing part of the town, along with the old town which is like stepping back in time. The seafront offers fun for all ages with crazy golf, arcades and lots of delicious food stops.
