Property information

Sabine House is a large, historic family home on the cobbled quayside of Bayard’s Cove. This 18th-century Grade II-listed merchant’s house is a firm favourite with families and groups, its history reflected in the furnishings and original features, like the ornamental fireplaces. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home’s packed with character. The front-facing rooms offer stunning river views towards Kingswear and out to sea, with Dartmouth's amenities all within level walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

A short walk from Sabine House is the Newcomen Museum, where Thomas Newcomen set in motion the industrial revolution. Take in the scenery along the Embankment, enjoy locally-made fudge and perhaps a glass of something sparkly whilst watching the world gently pass by. Dartmouth's renowned variety of shops and restaurants are on your doorstep, including breakfast and brunch hotspot Café Alf Resco - a hit with locals and visitors alike. At Bayards Cove, see where final...
