Rolling Hills is a modern stone detached house situated in the village of Sutton Poyntz near to the town of Weymouth in Dorset with an abundance of walks from the property. The house can sleep 7 people in 1 king-size double with en-suite shower, 1 double, 1 single, 1 twin with en-suite bath as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/diner and a sitting room with gas fire. To the outside of the house is off road parking for 3 cars and a lawned garden with decking and garden furniture. Rolling Hills is perfectly located for guests with different interests. Note: max 7 some duvets and pillows may be note Vale Fire will be at the property to carry out an annual service at 11am Tuesday 21st May. Owner has arranged. Guests do not need to stay in property.
