Roadside House is situated on the main Drumaness Road 2.4 miles outside Ballynahinch town with local shops and takeaways. The house was built in the mid 60’s it is a spacious 3 bedroom bungalow all with private bathrooms a shared kitchen & dining/living room area renovated to modern living standards, free Wi-Fi has a large front garden with patio area it also has a paved side and rear garden. There is a bus stop right at the front door which can take you into Ballynahinch town or a fun day out in Newcastle for a beach trip with lots of shops, restaurants & amusements. Or if you fancy heading into Belfast city for a night on the town. We also have a secured yard to store your vehicle if needed.
Hi my name is Tony I am your host, we hope you enjoy your stay at our house, We hope that we have provided most of what you require during your stay, free tea coffee milk bread etc. but if you require anything else we are at hand to help with anything else you need. We do not live in Roadside House but are close by if anything is required so guests can relax and enjoy there time away. We are always looking to improve your stay so any recommendations will be taken on board.
Ballynahinch town is 5 mins away with local shops & takeaways. Spa Golf Club is a short 5 min drive. Seaforde Gardens & Tropical Butterfly House is a 10 min drive. Downpatrick is 15 min where it’s cathedral is said to be the burial place of Saint Patrick, it also has lots of shops and places to eat. It’s a 26 min drive to the seaside town of Newcastle for a trip to the beach and loads of local shops and restaurants. Castlewellan Forest Park is a 23 min drive too enjoy the beautiful gardens and views. Belfast City is a 32 min drive to all the shops,bars,restaurants and much more. George Best Belfast City airport is a 35 min drive.
