Riverside, is a large, attractive apartment enjoying lovely views of the Hayle estuary (RSPB reserve), and is situated close to St Ives in the village of Lelant. It occupies the entire top floor of the Owner's Victorian home, but is entirely separate and is accessed via its own entrance. It comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), and has free parking. There is an excellent pub, the popular links course at West Cornwall Golf Club and the white sandy beaches of Porth Kidney and Carbis Bay are nearby.
We aim to greet guests upon arrival and are on-site should we be needed.
Lelant is a pretty village with a good pub serving food, West Cornwall Golf course, and a beautiful unspoilt white sandy beach just a few minutes walk away. Riverside Apartment is next door to the childhood home of writer Rosamunde Pilcher, author of The Shellseekers. Local transport is good - scenic coastal train ride to St Ives (8 mins) is listed as one of the most beautiful in the UK. St Ives is a 10 minute drive away by car and the A30 can be accessed easily from the apartment.
