Riverview is a comfortable second floor apartment in a converted Victorian property in Central Whitby. The apartment sleeps 2 in a double bedroom, which has a bright en-suite bathroom, with bath with shower over. The spacious open plan living area has cosy seating, a Smart TV and a modern and well equipped kitchen. From the dining area in the bay window, there are lovely views from the Railway line (used by the NYMR Steam Trains), over the Harbour all the way up to Whitby Abbey. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Bedding and Towels are provided. As Riverview is on the second floor, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Parking : On street parking in the streets behind Riverview is non-restricted, but during busy times it can be difficult to park. Please consider using the Long-stay car park in the Harbour area. Full payment is taken from the Credit/Debit card provided when booking. Guests who choose the free cancellation option, will receive a full refund if they cancel before 14 days before the start of the booking.

Situated at the mouth of the River Esk, Whitby is an ancient fishing port steeped in history. The ruin of St Hilda's Abbey is high on Whitby's East Cliff and looks down on narrow streets and alleyways. From the old town, the parish church of St Mary, also on East Cliff, has 199 steps leading to it and the churchyard was one of the inspirations for Bram Stoker's Dracula. Other attractions in Whitby include the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, Victorian Jet Works and The Dracula Experience. There are year-round events at Whitby Pavilion Complex and there is a blue flag beach and spectacular cliffs and bays to explore. Whitby is in a beautiful region and offers visitors a great deal of variety for a memorable holiday any time of year.
