Escape reality in this recently renovated farmhouse in a rural Cotswold valley. Whether you plan to explore picturesque villages, step out into the beautiful countryside or simply relax by the fire with a book. Our traditional Cotswold stone farmhouse has been recently renovated, adding luxury to this charming property. Enjoy character features such as exposed stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceilings, whilst enjoying modern comforts such as underfloor heating, log burning stoves and a fully equipped high end kitchen. Downstairs there is a spacious sitting room for the whole family to sit in, or a cosy snug to escape with a book. A formal, panneled dining room is perfect for special occasions, whilst the open plan kitchen-diner with full height windows and bifold doors is ideal for every day dinners. In the warm evenings the bifolds open onto a seating area with a BBQ so you eat whilst listening to the birdsong. Upstairs are spacious bedrooms with views of the surrounding countryside. The master bedroom has a generous ensuite, whilst the main family bathroom has a rolltop bath for a relaxing soak.
Although the tranquil location will make you feel miles from anywhere, you are only a short trip to many popular destinations including Stroud farmers market, Westonbirt arboretum, Tetbury, Highgrove, Gatcombe and Badminton estates, Castle Coombe, Bath, Bristol and Cheltenham.
