Our home is conveniently located in Totton, the West of Southampton and has an easy route into the City Centre and into the Heart of the New Forest. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with 'Know Your Guest', the leading vacation rental guest- screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Additional guests over 4 are charged extra per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided. A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost but subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
