Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at the highly-rated Shorefield Country Park, this beautifully decorated lodge is a superb holiday home for couples, small families of 3 or 4, or single occupants. You'll be close to many of Hampshire & Dorset's finest beauty spots, the New Forest National Park a short drive north, the coastline only a short stroll south at Milford-on-Sea, and Barton-on-Sea. This delightful lodge welcomes guests into an open-plan kitchen dining living area. The whole property is decorated in bright and warm tones, with cream and wood finishing throughout. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and small appliances. There's also ample cupboard storage. The adjoining dining area seats four guests around an oak-finished dining table, complete with high-back dining chairs. The cosy lounge has a deep carpet pile, two armchairs, a two-seat sofa, and pouffe. A large window wraps around the front of the building — with central french doors opening onto a veranda — allowing plenty of natural light, whilst curtains can be utilised in the evening. There's a fireplace in the lounge for the colder months, a smart tv with various streaming apps, and a bluetooth speaker system embedded into the ceiling. In the middle of the property is a family shower room, with toilet, neat basin, shower cubicle, and clever storage units. The first twin room bedroom has two single beds with over-bed storage, a single bedside cabinet, and wardrobe. Down the hallway, is the master bedroom; complete with queen size bed, vanity table & chair, wardrobe storage, soft carpeting, and an ensuite shower room. The ensuite features a toilet, basin, shower cubicle, and cupboard space. Outside, the lodge a large decked veranda, stretching around the property — with outdoor dining table & chairs plus some additional armchairs & cushions. There's parking for 2 cars. The lodge is located in an ideal south-westerly facing position. It's a stone's throw away from the walking trails taking you directly into Milford-on-Sea village (25 mins) or the beach (15 mins) by foot. The main facilities of Shorefields Park are a 10 minute walk away. Shorefields Country Park is one of the best holiday home parks on the South Coast, and boasts nature walks, and many on-site facilities with a wide range of things to do.
