Located in Portstewart, Northern Ireland, "Atlantic Cove" can be found within the luxurious New build surroundings of The Hatheran Gardens. Completed in January 2022, This modern self catering property offers up the perfect location to explore the famous "Wild Atlantic Way" and all it has to offer. Whether getting a taste for the local Michelin Star restaurants, catching the surf at our wonderful beaches, visiting our Unesco World Heritage Site or challenging yourself on the links at one of our many world renowned golf courses, this property is ideally suited for you! This magnificent property also encompasses all that is needed for the "relaxing family getaway", "the romantic retreat" or even those with business interests within the surrounding area. The property allows a "self check in" facility. The property is less than a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the Portstewart Prominade. The local supermarket (Tescos) is easily accessible by foot. The Space - This modern, first floor, two bed apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. (Additional travel cot available upon request). The main bedroom has a large king sized double bed with an en-suite attached,  this includes a shower. This room has excellent wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single beds with extensive wardrobe space available. The main bathroom has both a bath and shower facility. Within the bright, open plan space inside the apartment, guests will find a modern kitchen with table + chairs. The living area includes a smart 55inch Tv, a sofa, coffee table, and clear panoramic views of the surrounding areas. The property is brought to life by the equisite art work of keith Drury on the walls. Attached to the rear of the property, guests will find plenty of green space to enjoy outdoor activities. Wifi is free within the property. Car Parking is widely available.
A family man with a passion for travel! Having spent much of my youth in Portstewart, and seeing the many delights that the North Coast has to offer, the opportunity to purchase property here was one I couldn't let slip. Atlantic Cove offers up the perfect balance to Stay cation with my young family, and also allows others to get a flavour of the fabulous North Coast living.
An array of fine dining opportunities locally, World Class Golf Courses and even a UNESCO WORLD Heritage Site within a short drive. The North Coast has it all!
