Pippin is a ground floor, semi-detached cottage in Martin, Hampshire. Inside you will find an open plan living room with a wood burning stove, a dining area and fitted kitchen. It has underfloor heating for those winter months. They have one king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom. Outside you will find a private garden with a Cotswold stone pathway, housed with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a communal barn to the side of the property which acts as a sitting area and games room. It has an L shaped sofa, pool table and an extra kitchen and dining area which is open for guests to use free of charge. Ample private parking is available.
